They showed up on time. There was 7 to 10 of them they were friendly and did a great job. Tree was right beside house and over roof of house. A great company! William was very friendly when he came to give an estimate. Was very patient, but stayed in communication with us while we thought about it for 3 weeks. They were the best estimate and the nicest people we met with. We set up a date and they showed up exactly on time, got more work done they said they could, and even unlocked my car for me when they saw I locked the keys inside! After one company gave us an estimate last Friday and told us they would be here today to complete the job, they completely flaked on us. I sent a message to Williams Tree Service around 11:20am on Thumbtack and they responded immediately saying they could do the job today, would honor the quote we got from the other company sight unseen, and they came out that day to do the job. Williams Tree Service was very professional, completed trimming of 11 large trees in an hour and a half, and cleaned up everything nicely. Williams Tree Service has professional crew that wastes no time, quick and efficient. They worked with me based on other quotes in the area and made themselves very competitive. Like I said they made short work of a tall pine tree however I wish the cleanup was a bit more comprehensive and the stump remains were taken away. We were incredibly impressed with Williams Tree Service. We reached out for a quote on Thursday, had Raul out Friday morning, and the trees were removed Monday morning. The crew showed up first thing, unloaded their tools, and got right to work. They were quick, thorough, paid attention to the surrounding area in the yard (our playset was right next to a tree we had removed), and made quick work of the trees and debris. They cleaned up all of the tree materials and left the yard looking better than before they arrived. We would definitely recommend to anyone we know, and will use them again for other trees we need removed in the future. It was no small job, 2 gigantic cottonwood trees, 5 huge walnut trees and a spruce. They did a wonderful job with the cleanup. I was also happy that they were able to use some of the walnut for timber, another estimator said they couldn’t be because they would have to be cut too small. Wow what can I say! I honestly didn’t want to get rid of my tree however I had an arborist come out and tell me that it couldn’t be saved 🥺 so Raul came out gave me a free estimate. Wanted dead tree removed out of my yard and wanted some other trees pruned. William(the owner I’m guessing) did a great job , super friendly and respectful. Williams removed two large maples from my yard yesterday and trimmed the other four that I had. They were super nice, very efficient! The price was better than any others I received. The entire job took about two hours due to all the cleanup, they were very thorough in their cleanup! My neighbors were impressed (I wasn't home to watch most of it) with how efficient they were as well. They paid close attention to traffic also and helped guide people through, moved their trucks quickly, avoided driving over where my sewer line ran. I wish to thank your group for the outstanding tree cleanup of damaged limbs from the recent tornado that came through Carmel, IN on April 2nd. Hired Williams to remove a ~50 year old silver maple tree from the front yard this past August. The crew came on time and had everything removed and cleaned up in a few short hours. They communicated stump grinding would occur at a later date, and Raul kept me in the loop when they would come. I appreciated they didn't require me to pay in full until the entire job (including stump grinding) was completed. After the initial stump grinding, I had to ask them to come back out again because I found some roots that were missed (not their fault, it was a massive root system) and they kindly obliged. I would definitely use Williams for all future tree needs due to their desire to do the job right and satisfy their customers, good communication, and all at a very reasonable price.
