A great company! William was very friendly when he came to give an estimate. Was very patient, but stayed in communication with us while we thought about it for 3 weeks. They were the best estimate and the nicest people we met with. We set up a date and they showed up exactly on time, got more work done they said they could, and even unlocked my car for me when they saw I locked the keys inside! Williams exceeded all expectations! I cannot recommend them enough. I found them in an ad in my mail. I am impressed at how quickly I could get a quote and the very next day my 4 large trees (+small tree) were gone as if they never existed. Williams removed two large maples from my yard yesterday and trimmed the other four that I had. They were super nice, very efficient! The price was better than any others I received. The entire job took about two hours due to all the cleanup, they were very thorough in their cleanup! My neighbors were impressed (I wasn't home to watch most of it) with how efficient they were as well. After one company gave us an estimate last Friday and told us they would be here today to complete the job, they completely flaked on us. I sent a message to Williams Tree Service around 11:20am on Thumbtack and they responded immediately saying they could do the job today, would honor the quote we got from the other company sight unseen, and they came out that day to do the job. Williams Tree Service was very professional, completed trimming of 11 large trees in an hour and a half, and cleaned up everything nicely. Hired Williams to remove a ~50 year old silver maple tree from the front yard this past August. The crew came on time and had everything removed and cleaned up in a few short hours. They communicated stump grinding would occur at a later date, and Raul kept me in the loop when they would come. I appreciated they didn't require me to pay in full until the entire job (including stump grinding) was completed. After the initial stump grinding, I had to ask them to come back out again because I found some roots that were missed (not their fault, it was a massive root system) and they kindly obliged. I would definitely use Williams for all future tree needs due to their desire to do the job right and satisfy their customers, good communication, and all at a very reasonable price. Oh and they gladly provided proof of insurance, which was important due to the proximity of the tree to the house. See more See less

Williams Tree Service were fast, efficient and did a great job at an affordable price! They quickly gave me an estimate and got the job done the next day. It was no small job, 2 gigantic cottonwood trees, 5 huge walnut trees and a spruce. They did a wonderful job with the cleanup. I was also happy that they were able to use some of the walnut for timber, another estimator said they couldn’t be because they would have to be cut too small. I wish to thank your group for the outstanding tree cleanup of damaged limbs from the recent tornado that came through Carmel, IN on April 2nd.
